O telefone da minha casa está em mudo já faz uns trinta dias.
Liguei na Embratel - Livre, depois de quase 20 minutos pendurado na linha, me deram o endereço da assistência técnica mais próxima da minha casa. Dois dias depois o técnico disse que o aparelho não tinha nenhum defeito e que eu deveria ligar na Embratel, pois o problema era com eles.
Liguei naquela empresa supra-citada, depois de quase 30 minutos ouvindo musica clássica, minha orelha estava prestes a pegar fogo e a minha paciência estava acabando. Finalmente ouço um barulho só comparável as clarinetas angelicais: aquele PPUUU, antes do atendente falar. Depois de pedir todos os dados já digitados anteriormente, garantiu que em até 12 horas o aparelho estaria funcionando. Passou dois dias e nada.
Liguei naqueles malditos sangue-sugas eletrônicos, depois de uns 20 minutos com um zumbido de música clássica nos ouvidos veio aquela buzina do inferno (PPUUU), o atendente todo solicito me informa que o sistema está fora do ar. A previsão de retorno em até 2 horas.
Liguei a pouco para *@&% da &!@&&, bando de ¨@**, depois de mais uns 15 *&$#@ minutos ouvi aquela @$&!!!! da buzina. A “+!&@& da mocinha me deixou um tempão esperando e ao final me garantiu que em 2 horas o telefone estaria funcionando.
Amanhã, se o aparelho da Embratel ainda estiver numa única peça, informo se voltou a funcionar.
PS: Será que os eletrônicos da minha casa estão se unindo para aprontar alguma? Já é o segundo dia de fúria deles.....
